 At Micronyx, we have tied up with Test Engineering Houses with Automatic Test Equipment's (ATE), our DFT and Test experts use their facilities to work with their Test Engineers and bring up the SoCs. For any debugging, we have a system that enables us to either debug by being physically present at their ATE facility or even through internet-enabled online debugging. We enable the processing and debugging of all required DFT patterns and any functional patterns that might be required for a design.

So, we help them get there by enabling a robust production test program which can help them quickly ramp up their production targets with excellent yield numbers. Our experts not only work with the Product Engineering teams, but also elevate the quality of tests by enabling reliability tests like High Temperature Operating Life (HTOL), IDDQ Leakage Tests, Highly Accelerated Stress Tests (HAST), or moisture tests for the designs.
